Yesterday when we were out collecting chickens for our 2nd day of processing we came across all these different species of vegetation that we've never seen before, or we were unsure of what they were. Quite a few of them are considered invasive or undesirable, but the goats eat every single bit of it! The goats serve a vital role in eating down the less desirable vegetation so that the "good" or desirable vegetation can germinate. Over time as we continue to practice regenerative agriculture, we will continue to see incremental improvements of our pastures. Exciting!
